History
From a one-room school to a lasting educational institution.
Community beginnings
The Chinese community of Baguio and Benguet, led by Lo Sien Hing, opened a small school for local Chinese youth.
First permanent home
After weather-related setbacks, a two-storey school building was completed and inaugurated for a growing student body.
Expansion era
A larger school building was completed to support the increasing demand for English and Chinese education.
A new name
The school became Baguio Patriotic High School as Chinese schools across the country adapted to national education reforms.
